We buy raw nuts directly from farms and run the full processing cycle on our own production line — from intake and preparation to sorting and packing.

Natural hazelnut kernels

Shelled, unroasted, with the thin brown skin intact. Ready-to-use raw material for confectionery and food production.

Small

Suited for grinding, pastes and fillings, where the size of the whole kernel is not a key parameter.

A heap of 11–13 mm hazelnut kernels 11–13 mm

Medium

A versatile option for confectionery, baked goods, chocolate masses and chopped nuts for toppings.

Large

For products that use the whole kernel: chocolate bars, pralines, decoration and snack packs.

Process

Full cycle — from farm to shipment

We control the raw material and take it through every processing stage in sequence. The key control points are optical sorting and manual picking.

    Intake

    We buy hazelnuts across Georgia. Each lot is checked before payment and off-grade nuts are rejected.

  2. 02

    Drying

    We dry the raw nuts to standard moisture requirements before further processing.

    Calibration

    We grade the nuts by size on a calibrating machine: 9–⁠11, 11–⁠13 and 13–⁠15 mm.

  4. 04

    Cracking

    We crack the shells on equipment set up for each size, so the kernel stays undamaged.

    Double control

    First a machine removes defective kernels and debris. Then the lot is sorted by hand.

  6. 06

    Packing

    We pack the finished kernels in 50 kg polypropylene bags and stack them on pallets.

    Shipment

    We make up each lot for container or truck transport and prepare it for dispatch.
